Yes. Discounts are available on all plans and are highly configurable. You can target customer's by email or total basket value. Whichever you choose customer's will be able to redeem their discount at checkout.

To issue a refund you will have to manage this via your payment provider.

For example, if PayPal has fulfilled your customer's purchase, you will need to manage this refund via your PayPal Dashboard.

However, to reflect this action on your store and so your team can see this, you can cancel an order directly from the Orders management page. This action can only be performed by users with correct permissions.

No. All of our plans give you the ability to process as many orders as you can handle. All services are offer are unlimited in usage unless clearly stated.

If you already have an account and wish to upgrade, navigate to the 'Settings' page from your account and choose Plans. From there you will be taken through a short journey to upgrade. Any action taken to upgrade your account will take effect soon after.

If you don't already have an account, after you sign up you will be on a trial plan that offers you our standard plan. At any point after signing up you can follow the same steps above to upgrade. If you choose to upgrade within your trial period you will not be billed until your trial period ends.

Not right now. Klaviyo is a fantastic, easy-to-use service that is very popular with online stores. This integration offers the best solution currently for our customer's as it can get you started quickly, so you can focus on selling your products. We are working to provide more options for those that require alternative solutions so check back in regularly for all updates.

Reports take 24 hours to display on your account. If you require more up-to-date reporting on orders you can view your Orders page that will show you all of your orders and also the total revenue sum for a given period.

There are some very useful report charts that can help you run your online store on the Standard plan. The Standard plan reporting is limited but does offer a breakdown of your sales and regional distribution of products. To take your reporting to another level we also offer an Advanced plan that provides intelligence on various areas of your online store. e.g. discounts, products, and sessions.
